
Quorum's aim is to perserve and support the traditional Spanish cheese arts.
Quorum guarantees a large range of specilities carefully selected from the different regions of Spain due to it's quality. Unique cheeses elaborated using age old production tradition, fresh milk from local breeds combined with the unique vegetation and climate of the different regions of Spain.
The great majority of cheeses have the Denomination of Origin status D.O.cheese, which means it falls into the highest category of cheese in Spain. D.O. Cheeses form unique regions, valleys, mountains and islands where the residents have been making it for centuries. using fresh milk from, local breeds. Whose production, breeds and the final cheeses are subject to strict and regular quality controls defined by law and can be recognized by its numbered seal denominating: CONSEJO REGULADOR DENOMINACIÓN DE ORIGEN (Denomination of Origin).
